Small groups, personal attention, and a welcoming private studio in Weert — for every level.
The perfect starting point for anyone curious about pole dance. This class introduces you to the fundamentals in a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment. You will learn how to grip the pole safely, build basic upper body and core strength, and execute foundational spins and transitions.
By the end of this course, you will have a solid technical base, improved body awareness, and — most importantly — the confidence to continue your journey. No prior dance or fitness experience is necessary.
Ready to deepen your practice? This class builds on your foundations with more complex combinations, inversions, and fluid transitions. You will explore both static and spin pole, develop your signature style, and begin to understand how musicality and artistry transform technique into expression.
Classes include structured warm-ups, skill progressions, and dedicated creative flow time. Students are encouraged to explore their own movement quality while continuing to refine technical precision.
For dedicated students who have mastered intermediate techniques and are ready to push their creative and physical boundaries. This class focuses on advanced tricks, strength-intensive holds, dynamic choreography, and full artistic expression.
Expect challenging conditioning, detailed feedback, and a space to develop performance-ready routines. Advanced students often work towards personal goals, studio showcases, or competition preparation.
Maximum 6 students per class means personalised guidance and a genuinely safe space to learn.
Every class begins with a structured warm-up and ends with stretching for recovery and flexibility.
Classes are barefoot. Pole heels are optional and only introduced at intermediate level if desired.
