Questions

Frequently Asked

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. Pole dance builds fitness as you go. Beginners classes are designed for all fitness levels — the strength develops naturally through practice.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a fitted top or sports bra. Bare skin on arms and legs is important for grip. Remove any jewellery before class.

Is it safe?

Absolutely. Safety is the top priority. All progressions are carefully structured and moves are only introduced when the necessary strength and technique are in place.

How do I book?

Use the contact form or send an email to reserve your spot. Spaces are limited to ensure quality, so booking in advance is recommended.
